Parlin Burman Siburian (popularly Pay calls, born in Siantar, North Sumatra, May 2, 1970, age 40 years) is a musician Indonesia.

He is a member of rock band that has been circulated BIP 2 albums namely "Get out of the sky" and "Min Plus". Pay was also selected as one of the featured guitarist on the album Guitar Clinic and jam session with Andy Timmons at the Hard Rock Cafe Jakarta.

Pay is a former member of Slank. Pay entry Slank in 1989. Pay at the time familiar with some of the producers and try to offer a demo Slank, finally met and taken Slank. Slank began recording in 1990, with the personnel consisting of Pay, Bimbim, Bongky, Indra and Kaka.

Pay once joined with Andy Liany, Ronald, and Once formed Fargat 27, and released the album "A Thousand Angan". Pay is married to Cynthia Dewi Bayu Ward, better known by Dewiq, a singer from Ujung Pandang, Indonesia, which is also a musician and singer.
